Well I?ve been enjoying a vegetarian take a break this week ? kindness of The McCartney?s?

Myself and 4 other panelists had to select 3 finalists is to UK?s Tastiest Meat Free Dish competition.

Mary McCartney was our horde and i was judging with superstar cook and my great buddy Aldo Zilli, Green Blacks co-founder Josephine Fairley, The Vegetarian Society?s Cordon Vert School?s Principal Tutor Alex Connell and Sainsbury?s difficulty executive Alison Atkin.

We were all treated with colour to a list full of a few great (and a few not so good) dishes.

The principal things we was seeking for were ambience and originality. We found the tip 3 and right away The Linda McCartney Foods group will revisit the 3 finalists? hometowns to make a mini documentary of any finalist developing their plate that will be aired on ITV?s This Morning between 4th and 11th April 2011.

All 3 of these plates were well think out and in elementary language: yummy!

Sir Paul McCartney mentioned ?I?ve always been ardent about great food so we am gay to be ancillary our promotion to find the UK?s tastiest meat-free dish. Meat-free eating isn?t only for vegetarians, it?s for any person seeking to lead a healthier and more environmentally accountable way of living. Linda was always ardent about developing home baked meals so we have been gay with the eagerness and encouragement we have had from our contest ? its even desirous me to try a few new recipes!?

I was unequivocally unapproachable to be a segment of this and it was something not similar for me as many meals in the McClarnon domicile do engage meat, but after my experience here ? may be not so sufficient anymore!
