Position Summary: Develops and delivers instructional curriculum for students in the area of leadership
?

Position Responsibilities
Develop and document instructional curriculum for secondary and post-secondary student athletes and professional athletes in the areas of personal and group leadership, and being a positive influence on others, working effectively with teammates, classmates and coaches
Work with teachers, coaches and other staff to tailor program content consistent with the variable needs of students in different sports, age groups, and learning levels
Deliver curriculum in a highly interactive, experiential, and dynamic fashion, including role-play, games, and demonstrations
Educate Performance Institute staff (?train the trainer?) on curriculum and training methodology
Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and/or follow up conversations and provide suggestions for improvement according to feedback.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes
Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Ability?
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent in Education or Coaching
Experience delivering leadership development, communication skills, self-improvement, or motivational programs
Dynamic, engaging personality with excellent written and verbal communications skills
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to interface with a variety of audiences
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced organization?
A superior work ethic
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues

Preferred Skills
Master?s degree or equivalent in Education
Background in youth leadership
Experience of working with athletes and/or youth market
Spanish bilingual

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbs.?
Must be able to move around campus which includes gym, turf, fields, etc.
Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is required
